Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

How to Track

  1. Check your email for a shipping confirmation from Cordavi.
  2. Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number.
  3. Visit the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and enter your tracking number.

Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email?

Please allow 3–5 business days after placing your order for processing and dispatch. Tracking emails are sent automatically once your order ships.

If it has been more than 5 business days and you haven’t received a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us through our contact page with your order number.
